Ok, so I have survived 2008, wow!, pretty major considering there were many people who were not as lucky as me. The other day I was laying in bed wide awake (nowadays I find my self doing this quite often) thinking of what can I do to help humanity? And this is what I am going to try and do this year. When I lived in North Carolina and was a house wife with lots of time on my hands, I voluntered at the Ronald McDonalds House at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, it was so much fun because I knew that I was actually helping people who needed me.  Now that I don't have to be going to school, I do have time to do something special for somebody, so I may start voluntering even if it's in a homeless shelter, or start a drive to collect shoes, or gently used clothing for children. The good lord has blessed me tremendously over the years and I think that I should give something back.
